- Details: The main stage will be located next to the exhibit hall in the Upper Concourse of KICC. Screens will rotate announcements and exhibitor slides before and after sessions.

- At livestream registration, viewers will have the option to check a box to receive sponsor updates.
- Sponsor's clickable link will appear below the livestream, allowing viewers to easily visit your website during the entire broadcast.

- Details: Exclusive branding on the official event app. As the app sponsor, your logo will be prominently displayed on the homepage of the app, ensuring maximum visibility for all attendees.
- App sponsor will receive one push notification during the conference.
- Pricing: $5,500
- Details: On the final day of both conferences, attendees will be asked to fill out a CROSS survey form asking for contact information and about their conference experience.
- At the end of the survey, participants will have the option to check a box to enter a sponsor's contest and receive sponsor updates. Following the close of the conference, CROSS will share contact information secured through sponsor's contest.
- Sponsorship is not exclusive; up to three may be sold.
- Requirements: Sponsor must provide a giveaway(s) with a value of at least $1,000. Giveaway winner(s) will be chosen by sponsor.

Pre-Approval Needed:
- Sales: All sales are to be made through the conference bookstore.
- Handouts (books, tee-shirts, etc)

- Fundraising
- Audio: Any audio in exhibit area.
Prohibited:
- Roaming: Distribution of materials can only be done from the assigned booth space.
- Sales: Selling any item from the exhibit space.
Responsibility of Partner Organization:
- Accommodations: travel, lodging, and meals.
- Supplies: Partner organizations are responsible to bring all supplies.
- Electric and wifi: A show decorator will be provided.
- Event insurance: $1,000,000 of general liability coverage is required to exhibit.

We desire to partner with organizations that support our vision, beliefs, and purpose and therefore each application goes through a careful review process. An application that we do not accept should not be received as a rejection of the organization itself; we are simply trying to closely align our goals with the goals of partnering organizations.
