We are geared for 18-25 year olds and and their leaders, but we are willing to flex that a bit because we are aware our conference can also serve those in their late 20's or mature high schoolers.
Yes, we plan to livestream the main sessions at crosscon.com.
Yes. You do not need to know personal information at the time of registration (e.g. - names, email addresses, etc). In other words, you can purchase eight tickets, and then when you arrive at the conference, you pick up the tickets (wristbands) and distribute them to the eight members of your group.
Yes. You can add to your group at the current group rate by contacting us at: info@crosscon.com.
Nothing. When you arrive, we'll have a team to point you to the check-in area where you'll just need to provide the name of the person who purchased the tickets. You will then be provided a corresponding number of wristbands. For example, if you purchased 20 tickets, you will be given 20 wristbands that then you can distribute to your group. Those wristbands are the credential that you'll need every day to enter the conference.
Our hope is to focus on God’s Word during CROSS CON, and therefore, we ask that you find outside arrangements for childcare. If that's not possible, children are welcome to attend CROSS CON, but they must pay for registration. If you have an infant that will share your seat the entire conference, you don't have to register them. However, infant carriers cannot take up seating and cannot encroach the aisles, and you must park strollers in a designated, unguarded room at the Convention Center. Please be aware that we will not have family accommodations (e.g., nursing mother's room and changing room).
Yes. If you are part of a group of 4-9 you can register your whole group at a $10 discount per ticket by selecting the “Group 4+” ticket. If you are bringing a group of 10+, you can register your whole group at a $20 discount per ticket by selecting the “Group 10+” ticket.
Yes, registration transfers are free. Tickets can be transferred through logging into your Ticketspice account and clicking "transfer." Once you follow the steps to initiate the transfer the person receiving the transferred tickets will receive an email allowing them to enter their payment information and complete the transfer. Once the transfer has been completed, the funds will be refunded to the original purchaser's account.
- Refundable Tickets:
You can cancel your tickets for any reason at any time before December 1, 2025, with our refundable ticket option. You can receive a full refund, minus a $20 processing fee per ticket refunded. (Example: If you purchase 10 tickets for $1,200 and request a refund for all, you will be refunded $1,000.) To request a cancellation, simply email info@crosscon.com.
- Non-Refundable Tickets:
By choosing a non-refundable ticket, you will not be able to receive a refund at any time; however, if you can't attend you are still welcome to sell your ticket or transfer it to a friend prior to the conference so we are making two kinds of tickets available, a fully refundable ticket (for a 9% fee) and non-refundable option. If you buy the fully refundable ticket, you can cancel your ticket(s) for any reason at any time prior to December 31, 2024. To request a cancellation, simply email info@crosscon.com. We aim to process all refunds by January 31, 2025.
