THIS DAY

We are not promised tomorrow.
We are given this day—and then that day when we stand before Him.

So we begin where everything ends.
When we gather in St Louis, in our first moments together, we will fix our eyes on the inescapable realities every human being will face: the judgment of God and eternity—either with Him in unending joy, or without Him in unfathomable loss.

From there, over the next two days, we will ask the unavoidable question: How then shall we live?  If God is infinitely holy, if the future is infinitely long, and if this brief life is the decisive prelude to everlasting joy or sorrow, then every day matters.

God calls us to live intentionally—to live for glory that lasts. We're called to savor this day as a gift of mercy, and to shape every choice in light of that Day, when we will see Him face to face.
