Gloria Furman

Gloria Furman is the wife of a church planter, mom, author and doula in Dubai, UAE. She holds a degree in English Writing from the University of North Texas and Master of Arts in Christian Education from the Dallas Theological Seminary. David and Gloria have been married for ten years and have three children and the fourth arriving July 2013. Gloria is the author of Glimpses of Grace: Treasuring the Gospel in Your Home and blogs regularly for Domestic Kingdom. Over the last ten years, her family’s work overseas through short-term trips and church planting has served to reaffirm time and again that her joy is wrapped up in God’s plan to spread joy among the nations.

Can children attend CROSS CON with attendees or volunteer?

Our hope is to focus on God’s Word during CROSS CON, and therefore we ask that you find outside arrangements for childcare. If that’s not possible, children are welcome to attend, but they must pay for registration. If you have an infant that will share your seat the entire conference, you don’t have to register them. However, infant carriers cannot take up seating or encroach the aisles, and you must park strollers in a designated, unguarded room at the Convention Center. Please be aware we will not have family accommodations (e.g., nursing mother’s room and changing room).

Will there be a livestream?

Yes, we plan to livestream the main sessions at crosscon.com.

Are meal and hotel costs included in my registration?

No. A ticket for CROSS only pays for your admittance into the conference. You need to secure your own lodging, though specially negotiated hotel rates are available near the venue.
